Small acts of kindness can have the biggest impact. And for Instagrammer Erin Rose Jackson (@erinrjackson), it was her nine-year-old son Beckham's compassion that caused a ripple effect of kindness that radiated from his elementary school to the entire world.

Erin shared an emotional video of her son Beckham showing kindness to a girl in his class who was being bullied. He decided to buy her a drink at Starbucks and write her a note asking her to have a playdate after recognizing she was not being treated well by his classmates.

"The greatest lessons I’ve learned have come from my 9-year-old. May we all be so lucky to have a Beckham Jackson in our lives. ♥️," she captioned the video.

The video starts with Erin and Beckham in the car. She asks him what they are doing, and he explains that they are going to get "a kid in my class who nobody really is kind to and nobody likes to get her a drink, and we have a note to invite her to a playdate," he says. After making a quick stop back at home where Beckham accidentally left the note, they make their way to school.

Erin drops Beckham and her younger son Reeves off at school with his drinks in hand, and says, "By Beckham! I love you! I'm so proud of you!" Once the boys are gone, Erin filmed another part of the video sharing how Beckham's kindness already impacted his younger brother Reeves.

She explains that Reeves asked Beckham, "'Do you think the other kids are going to bully you too?' And my older son, without skipping a beat, said, 'I don't know. But if they do, they weren't really my friends anyways.' Without batting an eye, that kid chose the one person being bullied over the 20 people bullying because it was the right thing to do. That kid's heart is going to change the whole world watching."

In the video's final clip, she shared a screenshot of a text message sent by the girl's mom who Beckham invited over. It read, "Hello, this is __'s mom. Thank you very much for reaching out. Beckham's teacher contacting me about his kindness today. This has been [a] really hard year for her and this means so much to me. Can she come over for a playdate next __? She will be so happy. 🥰"

And she also shared a follow-up after Beckham gave her the drink and note. "For everyone wanting an update ♥️ they have a play date scheduled on Monday! We won’t record any of it but I will let Beckham update on my stories afterwards 🥰," she commented.

Viewers absolutely loved Beckham's kind actions. "As a 5th Grade teacher I love this so much. Kids can be so mean 😭," one commented.

Another added, "Can Beckham please run for president? We need world leaders like Beckham. And by the way, parenting for the most gigantic win ever 🥇 ❤️."

Still another wrote, "Beckham is a superhero. Kindness always wins. 💙✨"

They also commended Erin and her husband Collin for their strong parenting. One viewer commented, "It’s all because of your parenting and who you are as a mom ❤️."

Another wrote, "Can’t imagine the pride you must be feeling! What a great kid. He changed the world that day."

Another said, "This is so amazing!!! Your son should be an example to us all on how we should treat others! Thanks for sharing it with us! He must have learned it from your parenting which thank you for raising such a kind and inclusive son!!! 🥰❤️"

The Challenger disaster unfolded live on TV. Their last words remain unforgettable.

Space exploration has always carried great risks, but few tragedies have been as devastating as the Challenger disaster. On January 28, 1986, the STS-51L mission took off from Kennedy Space Center in Florida, carrying seven crew members who had trained for months for their journey into space.

Just 73 seconds after liftoff, the Challenger shuttle disintegrated, taking the lives of everyone on board. The last recorded words from the crew—spoken in the seconds before the explosion—have since become a chilling part of spaceflight history.

After welcoming her newborn, this mom's final act of love saved 12 lives

Kathleen Thorson had a beautiful life—a loving husband, Jesse, and four cherished children, including their newborn son, Teddy. But just days after welcoming her baby, Kathleen suffered a devastating brain hemorrhage. Despite every medical effort, she would not recover. Instead of focusing on her own tragedy, Kathleen chose to leave behind a powerful legacy: donating 12 of her organs to those in desperate need.

Kathleen’s extraordinary act of generosity was nearly unheard of. Organ donations of this magnitude are incredibly rare, making her final gift even more remarkable. A GoFundMe campaign was launched to support Jesse and their children—Danny, Grace, James, and Teddy—helping them navigate life without her.
