The most unlikely friendships can develop in the most unlikely places. For best friends Will and Grace (yep, just like the namesake NBC sitcom, Will & Grace), that place was their local post office.

Grace, a 26-year-old with Down syndrome, is an artist and entrepreneur who owns a small business called Candidly Kind. She started in March 2018 when she was a senior in high school after she was mistreated and turned down for a job. "Her mission since day one has been to spread light, love, and acceptance, and to give back to help people with disabilities," her mom Carrie explains in an Instagram video. With frequent packages to mail to her customers, Grace began making trips to her local post office, where she met Will, a postman working there who quickly became her favorite.

Carrie explains that while the post office used to come to her home to pick them up, Grace "wouldn't have it any other way than to take them to the post office--and the reason is because she wants to see Will. I have no doubt the feeling is mutual."

And the two have truly become best friends. She continues, "Will always lets Grace know when he isn't going to be at work so that she doesn't worry. And he told me one day that the highlight of his day is when Grace walks in the door with that big smile on her face. Wouldn't it be awesome if we had more Wills and Graces in the world?"

In the video's caption, Carrie added, "Will comes out to help her and goes above and beyond for Grace. He’s a wonderful person." And their friendship has captured the hearts of Grace's followers.

"I just love that their names are Will and Grace. It was meant to be," one wrote. Another added, "This is so absolutely beautiful and true. You are the BEST Mama!!!!"

Another viewer commented, " I started to smile so hard and cry at the same time. I just felt joy come thru my screen. I’m glad Will has a Grace. It was meant to be. ❤️❤️❤️"

Carrie has documented their sweet friendship and interactions, and recently she shared another video of the two during another visit to the post office. When Will came out to help Grace load up her packages, he was wearing one of her t-shirts. "Will said 'Grace look what shirt I’m wearing today' and it made her day. Will has dozens of Grace’s shirts and sweatshirts. He said he wears them all the time, 😍" she wrote in the caption.

Even during the busy Christmas season, Will graciously helped Grace after hours with her packages. And Grace and Will's friendship has continued to inspire her followers. "Gotta just love Will- one in a million 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰," one viewer commented.

Another wrote, "I love their relationship!!! Who can resist Grace?! She lights up the world!"

And another viewer also commented, "Will is a great postman, he's so kind to Grace and you can tell she's also one of his favorite customers."

His old job wouldn’t stop texting him. So he charged them for every reply.

Leaving a job doesn’t always mean leaving it behind. One Redditor, u/antiworkthrowaway234, knew that all too well. After managing critical IT infrastructure for a company, they figured their exit wouldn’t stop the calls from coworkers needing help.

So they got ahead of it. “I was the only one who knew about tons of our IT infrastructure, and I anticipated that I was going to get tons of texts and phone calls from former coworkers,” they shared.

A simple act of kindness turned into an unforgettable story for one woman and her family while visiting New York City. Karine Gombeau, a French tourist, was exploring the city with her husband and teenage son when she spotted a man rummaging through a trash can near Grand Central Terminal. Moved by what she saw, she decided to offer the man some leftover pizza.

"He should have my pizza instead of going through that bin."
